After the runaway success of the exclusive behind-the-scenes tours last year, we are delighted to open the gates to Hollyoaks Village once again in 2026!

Due to the high demand for these tours, tickets are extremely limited and are expected to sell out quickly. This is a rare chance to walk the iconic sets of Hollyoaks Village and get an inside look at how the magic is made.

Standard Ticket : £40 (+ £1.50 booking fee)
For all guests aged 2 and over

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Parking
There will be parking (including accessible parking) on site, but we ask guests not to arrive more than half an hour before their tour to avoid congestion. Please speak to security at the gate on arrival and they will direct you to the correct area.

Accessibility
We aim to make the Hollyoaks Set Tour as inclusive and accessible as possible. Please remember to note any specific access requirements when booking your tickets.

Refunds
Due to the high volume of ticket sales, we operate a strict No Refunds policy, so please be very careful when booking. However, via our ticketing supplier, Refund Protection is available as an add-on at the Checkout stage of booking.

Exchanges
Whilst Hollyoaks Set Tours are unable to exchange, or re-sell unwanted tickets, our ticketing supplier partners with Tixel, a platform for fans to safely buy and sell tickets at fair prices.
